Okay being the bird nerd that I am I have looked everywhere to find out what kind of bird this is. He came one day in a group of four birds and I want to know what he is. I went on WhatBird.com and I still cannot find him. Please help I am going Bird Crazy!

It's an alien inside a bird's body ready to invade earth !!! lol don't know either ;)
from the looks of the birds size and color I would have to say he or she is a Night Heron or Black-crowned Night Heron.
I have yet to capture a shot of a bird on my new feeder. I don't get visitors too often, but have had a few beautiful colored finches (I think).
Did you figure it out?
It looks like a Black Phoebe. We have those guys by our houose :)
Not sure yet, must research sometime.
